February 2022 Preliminary Design
The E. 48th Avenue and Cordova Street Reconstruction project has been split into multiple phases.  The first phase includes upgrades to E. 48th Avenue from Cordova Street to Old Seward Highway.  The Preliminary Plans and Specifications for this first phase are provided below under the title “E. 48th Avenue Upgrades.
